Cogito Hospitality is the technical partner to independent restaurants and hotels, based in San Francisco, California. This notice describes what this website collects and how we handle it. Formal engagements are governed by their own confidentiality and data-processing terms, executed separately.

What the site collects

Nothing, actively. The site has no forms, sets no cookies, runs no analytics or marketing trackers, and loads no third-party fonts or scripts. Standard server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider for operational and security purposes.

Email

The way to reach us is email. Addresses at cogitohospitality.com (including the automate…@ addresses shown on the homepage) are routed to our inbox. When you write to us, we receive what you choose to send — typically your name, your email address, and your message.

We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a conversation leads to an engagement, to scope and deliver that work. We do not add inbound contacts to any marketing list, and we do not sell or share personal information with third parties. If no engagement proceeds, we will delete the thread on request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared with us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we hold and to request its deletion. To exercise any of these rights, email louis@cogitohospitality.com from the address you used to contact us.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Vercel, and email for the domain is routed by Cloudflare. Each may log request or message metadata per its own policies.

Changes

If the way the site handles information changes, this notice will be updated and the date above revised.
